In my area, ADT does a very good job training new technicians and would send out quality control reps to check on the programming and installation. They were through about making sure everything is done right. The company I worked for would try to hire ADT Technicians because the training was good, and very little had to be explained.

After that ur cameras stop recording and you have to manually turn them back on or they won’t record at all for following months even though ur data allowance resets. Worst system ever they are just scamming people for useless equipment.

If youre going the ADT route, I recommend going directly if possible. ADT is indeed bad customer experience , HOWEVER, they at a big company and are actually good at what they do. 8/10 for security and features.
