Researched lost items in our database, checked in problem shipments such as shipments missing an item, located and acquired the missing items to complete the problem shipments, and worked with the Area Manager to make sure all the shipments made it out to the trucks in time to reach their time of arrival.

Examined packages and goods for damage and notified vendors of specific issues requiring replacement. Recognized defective material and reported issues to management to facilitate prompt resolution. Stood for extended time periods to perform packaging tasks to complete order fulfillment process.
