Hello. Price wise I would say lunch is the best. But at night if you are going for a romantic ambiance, this place would be hard to beat around dusk. Hope that helps!

I've done both and enjoyed it even though it was tough! It's a 10 minute car ride. You can take a bus too but I'm not too familiar with the bus system on the island!
