Hair fall can be due to many reasons. Losing fewer than 100 strands every day is normal. If it is significantly more, it can be due to some underlying disease like hypothyroidism, anemia, or chronic diseases like cancer. Sometimes it can be due to poor hygiene or stress. The cause has to be found out and treated.
