Instructions

1. In a heavy tumbler, muddle together orange peel and cherry.
2. Add in bourbon, chocolate bitters, squeeze of orange juice, cherry syrup and simple syrup.
3. Stir to combine and add one large ice cube. Stir to melt slightly and chill drink.
4. Carefully drop in a small chunk of dry ice using a metal spoon.
5. Garnish with additional cherry or orange zest if desired.
6. Serve immediately

How to Make this Halloween Cocktail

• 1. Put a fun mustache on your rocks glass and put a large ice cube in the glass to temper while you make the cocktail.
• 2. Add the whiskey, applejack, cinnamon syrup, pear brandy and bitters in the mixing glass and fill with ice.
