To resize a screenshot, you can use one of the following methods ^{3 1 2 4}:

• Use the Photos app on Windows. Open the screenshot in the Photos app, click on the Edit & Create menu, then click on the Edit option. Click the Crop and rotate button, then drag the double-arrow selection handle to crop the image. To resize the image, click the Resize button in the toolbar, enter the value of either Width or Height, and click OK.
• Use the Format tab in Microsoft Office. Select the picture, click the drop-down for Reset Picture, choose the option for Reset Picture & Size, and check if it helps.
• Use Snagit. Open your screenshot or image in the Snagit Editor, select “Image” from the top menu, then “Resize Image.”
• Use Canvas options. Select Canvas options to access options for resizing the image’s dimensions. Click the Resize image with canvas checkbox to select that option. Left-click a corner of the image, hold the mouse button, and drag the mouse cursor left/right to reduce or expand the picture. The values in the Height and Width boxes change as you drag the mouse.
