I wonder ... is there anyone here that can provide scale or approximate drawings of the outside of Fawlty Towers, aka Wooburn Grange Country Club. I understand that the building burnt down in 1991, however I'de love to make a model of the hotel, as i think it would make a nice/funny scene on my 1...

Here are some photos of my newest model I displayed at BrickFair VA this past weekend, a diorama depicting the set of the classic BBC Two sitcom Fawlty Towers. The hall tree with dual umbrella stands in the vestibule at the back of this photo can be seen in better detail here.

What's great about this (apart from the jaw-dropping technique and parts usage) is that it feels like Fawlty Towers. You could throw 3000 bricks at a moc without bringing it to life like this. It's perfect. Is there a Siberian Hamster in it somewhere?

In a flash of genius Corgi has released an exceptionally small number of the models with variations on the Fawlty Towers hotel name, to read Fatty Owls and other, less polite, variations, following a running joke in the actual series.
