    • Lizard Pose: From Downward-Facing Dog, step one foot forward and lower your back knee. Bring your hands inside your front foot and lower your forearms to the floor if possible.
    • Low Lunge Twist: From Lizard Pose, lift your back knee and bring your hands to your front knee. Twist your torso and reach one arm up and the other down.
    • Downward-Facing Dog: From Low Lunge Twist, bring your hands to the floor and step your front foot back. Lift your hips and press your heels down, forming an inverted V shape with your body.
    • Standing Forward Bend: From Downward-Facing Dog, walk your feet to your hands and fold your torso over your legs. Relax your neck and shoulders and let your arms hang.
