Cardiomediastinal silhouette is normal in size and shape. Mediastinum is in normal position. No acute displaced fractures. No overt lung oedema. No focal consolidation. No abnormal pleural lines are visualised to suggest a pneumothorax. Costophrenic angles are relatively well defined. No radiographic evidence of acute cardiopulmonary process.
