Feb 27, 2018 · I don't know if this qualifies as Peking Duck, but the lady who is apparently the owner of Red Pepper suggested I try this (off-menu) dish, and I've have it several times. They can't always do it, though. It basically consists of sliced duck, steamed pancakes, plum sauce and what I thought were shredded cucumbers but may actually be scallions.

While “authentic”, and exceptionally tasty due to the marinating and seasoning, if you’re looking for something you’ll never find elsewhere don’t order it.
