She shared the recipe for her favorite peanut butter and chocolate chip cookies, which are also vegan and gluten-free. To make her delicious cookies you will need the following ingredients: 1 cup brown sugar, 1 cup peanut butter, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract, 1 cup oat flour and 1 teaspoon baking soda. As well as an eighth teaspoon of salt, a quarter cup of almond milk and chocolate chips. Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and then combine the brown sugar and peanut butter in a mixing bowl. Next, add the vanilla extract and mix for around 30 seconds. In a separate bowl combine the flour, baking soda and salt. Mix the dry and wet ingredients and then and almond milk and your preferred amount of chocolate chips and combine. Place the cookies on a baking sheet, press them down with a fork and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
