In Windows 8.1 the operator can right click the background picture/slide show on the "personalize" option and many slide show themes become available. In Windows 10 doing the same procedure will forward you to the "settings" window and when the "background" option does not have any of the Win 8.1 slide show themes available.

Feb 27, 2022 · I’m having the same issue and NO I don’t see that. I just upgraded to windows 11. Layout is a little different. I see themes, but when I click it I don’t see a check box to sync theme. There is a toggle that shows synced themes and I don’t see what I want to sync. Shouldn’t it sync automatically? It did before I upgraded
