The Aldi around here usually has some knock off import 6 packs. I always pass because they have sat there forever. I don't imagine adding some knock off craft brands will help their beer sales either.

Picked up a sixer at Aldi's for a song $6.99. Half of what craft now goes for. Popping the top I get juicy grapefruit. Pours to a hazy bright yellow with a fluffy beige head. Taste is fresh and sparkly with a orange and grapefruit sweetness up front then turning tart and then a flat bite in the back that lingers and fades.

S - Light toast. Biscuit. A bit floral. T - Matches nose exactly. More bready than I expected. A bit on the sweet side. Light grain finish.

Taste is pretty much just like the aroma, but there's also a bit of nuttiness noticeable in the flavor too. Mouthfeel/body is light/medium, it's a bit smooth and creamy with a moderate amount of carbonation.
