    Precautions

    • Hold in mouth for 2 minutes
    • For cream products : Use at the same time(s) daily as directed. Apply to toothbrush and brush for 2 minutes. Store at room temperature away from heat & sunlight.
    • For drops products : Check with Dr. if local water is fluoridated. Do not use in children under 6 months old. Measure dose using a dosing spoon/cup/syringe. Take 1 hr before or after dairy products & minerals.
    • For gel products : Usually used at bedtime. Use as directed by dentist or doctor. Children should spit and rinse mouth after use. Adults. Spit. Do not eat/ drink/rinse for 30 min. Call dentist if teeth appear mottled. Brush teeth and see your dentist regularly. Tell doctor & dentist you are using this medicine.
    • For lozenge products : Suck on lozenge in mouth. Do not chew or swallow it.
    • For solution, non-oral products : Read instructions carefully. Unless MD directs, do not use in kids less than 6. Dilute prior to use. Best to use at bedtime after brushing teeth. Use to rinse mouth for 1 minute then spit out. Do not swallow. Do not rinse mouth, drink or eat for 30 minutes.
    • For tablet, chewable products : Best to take at bedtime after brushing teeth. Chew completely. Before using tell Dr. if you have phenylketonuria.
