I think Doom is halal because Doom is fiction and is not real. There is no demon portal on Mars where one lone space marine fights them all and kills their version of Satan. It's a game with hidden satanic messages (at least the original doom has it), so no don't play it:

Video games are permissible so long as they do not get in the way of obligatory duties such as establishing prayer and honoring one's parents, and so long as they do not include anything that is haram.

Here are three games that are haram because of the satanic stuff. 1.DOOM franchise - All of the DOOM games have some hidden satanic stuff, for example, the rock music since it is the root of these stuff. Don't think that just because you're killing demons you can say that it is halal.
