    The Baloch (/ bəˈloʊtʃ / bə-LOHCH) or Baluch (/ bəˈluːtʃ / bə-LOOCH; Balochi: بلۏچ, romanized: Balòc, plural بلۏچانٚ) are a nomadic, pastoral, ethnic group which speaks the Western Iranic Balochi language and is native to the Balochistan region of South and Western Asia, encompassing the countries of Pakistan, Iran, and Afghanistan.
    Baluchistan is inhabited by the Baloch, a group of tribes also found in the Balochistan province of Pakistan as well as in neighbouring areas of Afghanistan. The Baloch are Sunni Muslims and speak Balochi, one of the oldest living languages of the Indo-Iranian group of the Indo-European languages.
