puffy claims on their web site that all orders arrive within a week of the date of purchase (give or take a day or two). i ordered a mattress on 7/23 and it hasn't even shipped! their customer service representatives are polite, but only provide vague excuses as to why my mattress hasn't shipped and when i can expect delivery. puffy is more than happy to take your money, but they refuse to be transparent about delays or provide...
