Is it true that if i were to sell an item i have to wait to get my money to see if the buyer is happy with purchase! sounds worse than ebay!

Is there any way to get feedback of a particular seller on tradesy like they do on ebay? i can't find anything on the website. i purchased a $400.00 bag and have not heard anything from the seller. i checked her sold items and she sold about 6 of the same bag with the same photos. getting nervous about this. i'd like to see if others have had problems this particular seller.

I have called and emailed several times regarding an item that came to me broken and fake! i never got 1 phone call in 2 weeks. do you really have customer service people who speak with customers bc i never had that experience. i kept getting emails from camille who ignored every question i asked, which only upset me more. no one likes to get ignored, especially when spending a thousand $$$$

I was thinking about selling a few things on tradesy, but with all the warnings, i'm not so sure anymore. has things improved for sellers?
