I figured out why. On gmail its attach then send to the right of attach. On other email platforms its send with attach to the right of it. So when going back and forth between my phone and work computer. The muscle memory for the wrong one kicks in.

For me it definitely depends on who the email is for. In own department where I know everyone personally? No problem. Other departments/outside contacts - keep it clean.
