Resurrection - It overhauls the entire game and the bosses, and imo is the best overhaul mod out of the three, let me explain. It adds a whole lot of quality of life changes, and also gives new abilities.

I think Resurrection mod is a good choice. It restores cut attacks and revamp the bosses for newer, harder experience while keeping the game balance. Some other mods are also very good, but they increase the attack rate of bosses too much so the game turns into parrying simulator.

Personally I can also really recommend Sekiro overhaul mods. I can talk about three of them: Resurrection: Most ambitious in terms of changing mechanics and trying to overhaul all of the game.
