In general it’s easier to go from Valorant (csgo) to cod since cod allows you to shoot while moving, even shoot first, then aim at the target (not with a sniper/shotty obviously). Valorant is the opposite.

You can't compare these two. Valorant champs has way more regions competing in it compared to CoD who is mostly NA teams. This would be like comparing the Super Bowl/NFL playoffs vs the World Cup.

My advice is use the practice mode they have in valorant. Set the bots to medium-hard difficulty and try to see how many kills you get. It helps a lot with crosshair placement, and learning how to control the spray of each weapon.
