MyKuromi is the femslash ship between My Melody and Kuromi from the Sanrio fandom. Kuromi is My Melody's self-proclaimed rival, while My Melody thinks of Kuromi as her close friend. This is because, despite their rivalry, they do not hate or dislike each other.

My Melody (マイメロディ, Mai Merodi), frequently shortened as My Melo (マイメロ Mai Mero), Hello Kitty‘s best friend, is a white rabbit from the Japanese characterization company Sanrio. When she debuted, she was portraying Little Red Riding Hood in her version of the classic fairy tale.

My melody went from being a clumsy, innocent and incredibly stupid rabbit to being a girly girl that loves girlyness and stuff, while kuromi went from being a nasty goblin powered by hatred and bitterness to being a halloween-loving semi-goth girl that likes rock and doesn't hate my melody...

Her and My Melody are meant to be frenemies of sorts, but Kuromi has always been a tsundere and tsunderes are typically rude/angsty as Kuromi is. I personally only count her appearance in Onegai my Melody as her one true personality. she is complex and both hateful and loving and reminds me of myself.

Kuromi made her debut in the anime Onegai My Melody as one of the main antagonists, where she had a massive hatred towards My Melody due to her making small mistakes that drove Kuromi mad. Kuromi has also stated that Melody has wronged her 6,324 times.
