Sometime after or during The Hour of Joy, the Bigger Bodies version of PickyPiggy was presumably killed by CatNap, as DogDay refers to himself as the “last” of the Smiling Critters. A miniature PickyPiggy appears as a hostile plush toy in Chapter 3: "Deep Sleep".

At some point, it becomes clear that Picky Piggy was essentially describing the Smiling Critters members. This leads us to believe that Picky Piggy had to eat her friends in order to survive. This also suggests that Picky Piggy was the last critter to die (except for Dog Day and Cat Nap). Here are the main theories on how she died:

Possibility one, Pickypiggy went on a rampage, devouring the rest of the critters, only Dog Day could escape, but he was found by CatNap, who tortured him and locked him in the play area. Possibility two, Dogday mentions that the smaller toys followed CatNap because by doing so, they were fed.

Did she actually eat the other critters alive out of hunger or was she talking about eating their dead bodies? If she DID eat them alive, was it just out of hunger or was it because she was on CatNap's side? And if she WAS on CatNap's side then why isn't she alive?
