    • Neck Stretch: Begin in a seated position and gently tilt your head from side to side.
    • Cat-Cow: Come to your hands and knees and alternate between arching and rounding your spine.
    • Thread the Needle With Gate Pose Variation: From Tabletop, slide your right arm under your left and extend your left leg to the side.
    • Side Body Stretch: From seated, reach your right arm over your head and lean to the left, then switch sides.
    • Lizard Pose: From Downward-Facing Dog, step your right foot forward and lower your left knee to the ground. Bring your hands inside your right foot and lower your forearms to the floor if possible.
    • Low Lunge Twist: From Lizard Pose, lift your left knee off the ground and bring your right hand to your right thigh. Twist your torso to the right and reach your left arm up.
    • Downward-Facing Dog: From Low Lunge Twist, bring your hands to the floor and step your right foot back. Lift your hips up and back and press your heels down.
    • Standing Forward Bend: From Downward-Facing Dog, walk your feet to your hands and fold your torso over your legs. Relax your neck and shoulders.
