prior to getting Viki I was hesitant because I had read a bit of negative reviews. I myself have had no issues with the app whatsoever. The ads weren't too bad during the free trail and I ended up getting the sub right after. I would recommend this app to anyone looking to watch a larger selection of Asian dramas. I wish it was available on more devices though. I can't get it on the Kindle,gaming consoles or TV. otherwise it's a great app.

Update... even after removing then downloading several times, it still will not let me watch any shows. I loved it, but it's too much hassle, so i will be canceling my subscription . Love it! It does seem to glitch a lot lately, but after deleting then downloading again, it does good till it glitches again, and I repeat.. it started last month (December), and I'm hoping it's just a minor glitch here and there because I love the collections available on the app

I don 't understand why this app is so bad. it doesn't save when I add things to my "plan to watch" list. The search option gets hung up and doesn't always show results. Notifications are delayed or so t show at all. As convenient as apps usually are, I suggest sticking with the website because this app only works sometimes.

What kind of app is this? The concept is great but they completely ruin it with the subscription and other extras they added. It's hard to get coins (5) to unlock an episode unless you purchase. $19.99 weekly is ridiculous, not even Netflix or Hulu charge this. The first few episodes I could watch ads to unlock but a 30 second ad for a 1:30 second episode is really annoying. It's not worth all the hassle. 👎 Uninstall

Downloaded the app a few days ago and so far I'm impressed with the quality of streaming and resolution. Most channels work with no problem but there are a few that I cannot stream or don't broadcast. Would be great if there is some "TV guide" option to list all the channel broadcasting shows and time
