fun! ...you just need to BE VERY OBSERVANT since quality of items can vary wildly...many items are MUCH smaller than pictures show. Sizing on clothing can be tricky since most run SMALL... Jewelry shows "925 silver" when many times it's not and many "stones" are plastic. Lastly, clothing fabrics can be misleading -many items are SHOWN in 100% cotton when actual items are NOT cotton AND look MUCH different than the pictures. After you figure things out it's really fun... even addicting!

Each update seems to cause more issues. Using this app with a Zfold5, you can not look up past orders. It shows 15 past orders , and all you see is a search box on the left, and a filter order drop-down to the right. Where these two items keep repeating over and over to no end. This has been an issue for over 6 months and has never been fixed.

I’ve placed 2 large orders on wish in the past week. Since I knew everything would be coming from china i didn’t expect anything to arrive quickly but I did already receive one item. It was exactly as described and I bought it for less than $2! The rest of my items I am watching carefully through tracking updates, I LOVE that they give updates every step of the way. Plus they will return my money if it doesn’t arrive by the original date they claimed I’d receive it by so I’m not sweating anything. For what I paid on the many items I bought, it’s worth the wait for these things to come all the way from china! I know someone who orders from wish all the time so I knew it wasn’t a scam, I’m not sure what most reviewers are complaining about. The app is awesome, it gives so many rewards, and the prices are unreal. Recently they stopped charging shipping on every item - which was totally understandable when they did since each item comes from a different store, and started charging only $2.99 flat rate shipping for almost every product as long as you spend at least $10. I hope this change is here to stay!! I noticed that most of my items are shipping in one box even though they are sold by lots of different businesses so they must have recently upgraded their shipping capabilities with new warehouses or something and that’s why they can now charge one price for all items to ship. I’m telling everyone I know to get this app!!

I hate this app. Tracking is not updated in a timely manner. It is 2-3 days behind what shows with the carrier tracking site. Amazon doesn't work at ALL! You connect Amazon, and a browser window opens to your Amazon orders that keeps flashing/resetting. And even when it did work, It didn't update the tracking at all. To the point where the package never updated to say what the order was, never said when/if it would be delivered, or both.

I have ordered many Origami Pieces in the past but most recently I ordered a set of two three shelved unit and a set of three shelved units both were ordered in Pewter. But When the second set arrived it did not match the first Pewter set. I notified HSN and I was told to call Origami concerning their color change. Origami said that there was no color change and that HSN had sent the wrong color out to me. They said that I had received one set in Pewter and the other set in Platinum. I called HSN once again and you finally agreed that this was an in warehouse error. This shelving unit weigh 80 lbs way to heavy to return therefore I am stuck with a mismatch unusable double set of Origami Shelving Units. I have been a customer for years and I am very disappointed in this business practice you should have better quality control for your warehouse. Units of this weight are way to heavy to return. I will never order from HSN again realizing your lack of quality control and I do not have the confidence that I will receive correctly what I ordered. You need to have a method of correcting errors such as this without causing the customer so much lost. I feel taken advantage of because the product is to heavy to return. THIS IS BAD BUSINESS ETHICS AND SHOULD NOT HAPPEN. Please CORRECT THIS SITUATION BEFORE YOU LOSE EVEN MORE BUSINESS. You should be ashamed of your incompetent and want to correct this ASAP. Please respond to this email.

Adding to my original review below. The last three orders in a row have had errors, items missing from order (not listed in out of stock report). Deli is a big issue, I order 1.5 lbs of meat or cheese, I get .5 lb. (third time in a row). I order high end meat cuts (receipt says what I ordered) but actual product is of lesser quality. Not sure if it’s they are overwhelmed or just the fact they are getting complacent. Worth the 4.99 fee still, but we are just running out of things from the lesser quantity. Any other time I would just stop in any given day, but the whole point of using the service and taking hours to go through the virtual aisles to get exact products is to avoid the exposure since I am high risk. First it’s a great service for the Covid crisis. Unlike Costco and Instacart which inflates prices to ‘get’ more out of you (compare the prices, you would be amazed what Instacart jacks up)...this is a simple 4.99 fee - well worth it. They send you lists of items unavailable and offer to substitute them if possible. The staff has been kind, courteous and fixes any problem or missed/left item. The app is a breeze to use, via browse or search. I love the previously purchased option. All around it’s been nothing but positive, even when there’s an issue. Well done Shoprite!

Thank you, thank you, thank you I have no idea what we would have done without this app it was accurate and easy to follow. Purchase your metro ticket and follow the directions especially the part that states which line number and what it is towards. For example it will say line 4 towards Porte de Cignancourt. When you get into the metro you will see the line for and color corresponding to the color on the app you look at the final stop which you should see Port de Cignacourt as the last stop and that tells you you are getting on the train in the right direction. This app made it easy and we were certainly apprehensive about using the metro I watched numerous YouTube‘s but until I downloaded this app nothing made sense. We went everywhere on the metro sightseeing all the major attractions for a fraction of the cost of taxis do yourself a favor and download the app.
