    There are many ways to do gentle stretching of the foot. Here are a few examples: Calf stretch: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and lean forward, keeping your back straight. You should feel a stretch in the back of your calves. Hold the stretch for 30 seconds and repeat 2-3 times. Hamstring stretch: Sit on the floor with your legs straight out in front of you. Lean forward and reach for your toes, keeping your back straight. You should feel a stretch in the back of your thighs. Hold the stretch for 30 seconds and repeat 2-3 times. Toe stretch: Sit on the floor with your legs straight out in front of you. Point your toes up towards the ceiling and hold for 30 seconds. Then, flex your toes down towards the floor and hold for 30 seconds. Repeat 2-3 times.
