I hate this app. Tracking is not updated in a timely manner. It is 2-3 days behind what shows with the carrier tracking site. Amazon doesn't work at ALL! You connect Amazon, and a browser window opens to your Amazon orders that keeps flashing/resetting. And even when it did work, It didn't update the tracking at all. To the point where the package never updated to say what the order was, never said when/if it would be delivered, or both.

When it works, this is one of the best transit apps of any major city. Routing is better than Google (which has some strange blind spots in Paris), and if you have a Samsung or certain other phone models, you can use the phone as a transit smart card. Unfortunately, the app is very flaky and the smartcard function often fails, leaving you to go in search of a ticket machine.

This review is more specific to Zoom Phone as a standalone phone. The line cuts audio out of the app is minimized, or you lock your phone. Inbound calls do not ring not matter how many settings, or ringtones I change. Often calls that I do manage to visually see come in, disconnect or time out while trying to answer. As phone line for a business, this is completely unusuable. I thought BlackBerry movius was bad, but this is tragic.

If you're going to the Paris area and plan to use public transit and trains, get this app! It's interface is beautiful and intuitive, and its English is perfectly clear and understandable. This does the work of several other apps combined, and includes a wide variety of transit choices throughout the Paris area. It offers multiple routing options, when available, and displays detailed maps of any required walking. I'm happier with this app's appearance and functionality than any other transit app I've found for use at home or while traveling. Just excellent!

Close to useless. Schedule is inaccurate. Recharging the transit card kind of works, but it is not possible to buy the same options, like zone 4-5, as in the machines at the station and they don't fix it for years. I'm standing in the snow currently, all the messages are green, and the either can't or don't bother to update the information. How bizarre!
