2/2024 update did NOT fix...Devices don't show up in the list and my Google Home Hub says no cell phone linked to your Google account! I use this feature even around my house all the time, but it suddenly stopped working. Used to work seamlessly. Samsung 23 Ultra. Device is shown on Google play. Now doesn't work at all. Checked location settings including location history, updates, Find My Device is turned on and every setting as suggested in forums. No fix for this FAIL!

I've had app over a wk and pd almost $70 total for one month service on two phones and it's not even working. there arent even any start up instructions, nor a how -to use tutorial as far as I can tell. However, I've contacted the company, so let's see bhow that goes . If it goes well, of course, I will update my current review as warranted. But as of now, i am extremely disappointed in this product .

This app is golden. I wouldn’t change a thing about it. I order art from around the world. Which meant I was having to find and download each countries local shipping company app - Ukraine, Russia, Spain, and smaller countries which were even harder to find, muchless translate each time an update was posted. THEN, once packages reached USA customs I used to have to them switch the tracking over to USPS and start tracking the rest of the way home using that. So every shipment was 2 separate tracking- one of them normally needing to be switched to English using a cut and paste translate app - so that would be THREE for every ONE package. Well, all that work changed when I found 17TRACK! Now I can input ANY tracking number, from ANY country & it tracks it for me- in English! All the way from starting country, down to delivery! I can also label each number so I know which number goes with which order and I can put notes below the label too with further details. It’s absolutely incredible! I am IN LOVE WITH THIS APP! It has saved countless headaches and issues! I can’t say enough honestly. If you’re like me and you order overseas (often or rarely) ~> do yourself a favor and GET THIS APP TODAY! Trust me! ❤️

When you start allowing your child to go places with friends, family members, or school and camps, this app will allow you to keep tabs on them. I currently have a 13 year old and a 17 year old and I downloaded this app when my daughter started high school and traveled to other schools for cheer competitions and track meets. I was able to track their location in case there was an accident or if they were running late. This allowed me to know when they left and how long it would take me to get to them by their location. When my daughter started driving, this app gave me the peace of mind of knowing she was safe on the road. You can get alerts when there is an accident and also tells you if they were speeding. Another way this app is helpful is for my teens to know where I am. They will receive alerts for other family members when you set up a family circle. You can choose members you want in the circle and you can shut off your location if you don’t want others to see everywhere you go. My husband works for the government so he has his location off for security reasons, but he can view me and the kids. There are so much more that this app can do, but you have to subscribe to receive them. It’s definitely worth the money to protect my family. This app has really helped our family know how to give our children some space without felling like you are overbearing. I am thankful for this app and you should definitely download it.

I’d used Slice for many years and it improved nicely, but slowly it degraded over time until it was mostly useless. The hunt for a new tracking app began and I tried a few and narrowed it down to this app Route and one other called Shop which is better suited to a phone than a tablet. This app beat them all out and is almost perfect. I can see the location of my packages on a map, copy the tracking number, mark a package as delivered, and submit feedback easily in app for each shipment individually. Pretty good I thought, but not perfect… yet. The dev seems to be making improvements which is better than an app that turns into abandonware. For this reason I’ll submit my own thoughts on what I feel is missing that could make me love this app more than I once did Slice. What is missing is the ability to add your own tracking information when there are mishaps in shipping and new numbers issued. If and when an image for the item being shipped is not correct it would also be nice to be able to browse for and add the right or a better image. I would love to be able to add notes to shipments as well for future reference and flagging certain shipments as important or even being able to pin them to the top would be great. I appreciate the hard work you’ve already put into this app and wish you continuing success with it. Thanks for reading my input!

Is there any way that the person who leaves the app doesint freeze when there webcam in on. I’m trying to find a app where when they leave the app they can still use there things and I can still see them moving

Developer obviously cares about his product – he responds to everyone, and the app itself seems fine-tuned and elegant. I know that it’s gotta be tough to run a delivery app—there are obviously a lot of variables out of the developer’s control -- so we should all take that into account. The price is really good for the service. 👉🏼 One thing: I don't know if it's technically possible, but I would like to fine-tune the notifications to receive them *only* when a package is delivered (I'm not interested if it's "on its way"). Is this user option possible to implement? I'm being buried in Parcel notifications! Thank you, dev! 🙏 Update: in over a year of using this app, it has not failed me. It's one of the few apps that I can say is 1000% paying for! I still have that quibble about notifications: I don't want ones which say a package is "on its way" – that's just clutter for me. I hope the dev can somehow give users an option to choose which notifications they get, if that's even possible (a response to this suggestion would be fantastic).
