    There are many ways to do gentle stretching of the foot. Here are a few examples: Calf stretch: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and lean forward, keeping your back straight. You should feel a stretch in the back of your calves. Hold the stretch for 30 seconds and repeat 2-3 times. Hamstring stretch: Sit on the floor with your legs straight out in front of you. Lean forward and reach for your toes, keeping your back straight. You should feel a stretch in the back of your thighs. Hold the stretch for 30 seconds and repeat 2-3 times. Toe stretch: Sit on the floor with your legs straight out in front of you. Point your toes up towards the ceiling and hold for 30 seconds.
