Glute Bridge: Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the ground. Lift your hips off the ground until your body forms a straight line from your shoulders to your knees. Hold for a few seconds and then lower your hips back to the ground. Side-Lying Leg Lift: Lie on your side with your legs straight. Lift the top leg as high as you can without rotating your hip.
