Lie on back with your legs bent and feet flat on floor, now bring alternate knee to chest while keeping the other on floor. While doing this keep your lower back pressed to the floor. For hamstring stretch, stand straight and keep one foot on a higher surface, now straighten the leg on the step with toes pointed up. Lean forward while keeping your back straight, hold for 20 seconds and repeat with the other leg.
